“I WANT MY PASSION TO BECOME YOUR HEALTHIEST OBSESSION”

I created C_Wickson Studios in hope that I could make others feel "at home." Gyms and studios can be so intimidating and cold, so I designed my space with warm colors, rustic wood pieces, dim lighting, and a clean setting to welcome all. It has been a place to grow throughout all stages of life.

My approach is not one-size-fits-all, but it is for all people! I specialize in teaching moves that any body can do, because all my clients are different. I know their injuries, preferred modifications, and always remember their names. We’re all on the same team, and I want you to feel at home here! 

The C_Wickson Studios instructors are all here to help you build confidence, strength, and celebrate your success through big and small wins. Seeing someone grow and come into their own through my workouts has been, hands down, the most beautiful thing ever! I’m so glad you’re here. ☺️

Jenna Trovato

I’m a Level 2 Fascia Stretch Therapist, and my passion is to help people of every gender and all ages develop a stretching practice to heal their bodies and live pain-free lives. I take the time to get to know each client’s body: understanding your goals, how you move, and any past injuries in order to develop a personalized treatment plan.

I never enjoyed working out until I tried pilates—and I loved it so much that It became my 2nd act career! I aim for each class to work the whole body, utilizing all the principles of pilates and moving their spines in every direction. I love breaking movements down to their simplest form to show clients that anyone can do it!

Since having 3 kids, my body is definitely different than before—but through pilates and my Occupational Therapy background, I feel stronger than ever! I love to share this knowledge during both group classes and private sessions, where we try to get each muscle group in for a strong, healthy body.

I’ve seen many trends in fitness over the decades, but a positive approach never goes out of style. My classes blend styles from different Barre certifications while applying the C_Method formula, because I believe in finding movement you love and being consistent to help you feel your best at every age.

I’ve been a competitive athlete my whole life, but at C_Wickson, I found movement that is sustainable, safe, and highly beneficial. I love strong, powerful movements and am a stickler for form and safety. I'm also a little bit of a cardio junkie, so you can expect to sweat in my class. Bring a towel! :)

“I’m a big fan of the ‘all foods fit’ approach—meals should be enjoyed!”

I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 9 years, with a special focus on prenatal and postpartum nutrition. Food has such a powerful, lasting impact on women’s health at that time! But I’ll never tell you what you can or can’t eat. For me, it’s about balance and creating fun, nutritious, and tasty recipes to try.
