Whether this is your first kiddo or your fourth, you probably found out pretty quickly that every day is different. At C_Wickson Studios, we strive to provide a safe space and supportive community, so all you have to do is show up—no matter what kind of day it is, or where you are along the journey.
The Fourth Trimester Starts Here
Our virtual Postpartum Recovery Program is 4 weeks long, includes 16 videos, and your instructor is healing right alongside you. Created in 2022 after the birth of her daughter, Cally worked with a Pelvic Floor Therapist to help develop a program to strengthen mindfully and close separated abdominal muscles (diastasis recti) without causing strain.
Getting Back Out There, with Baby
Stay active and in-touch with a community of moms meeting monthly! Our Mommy & Me sessions are scheduled to accommodate working moms—and yes, dads are welcome, too! Age ranges are suggested, but if your kiddo can no longer stay on blanket for tummy time, bump UP a session.

An open space for you and your new built-in bestie. We move, socialize, and empower each other through movement in this laid back approach to fitness with your babe!
All Classes are Mom-Friendly
OUR PHILOSOPHY: COME AS YOU ARE
Self care is most important on the hardest days, so come to class anyway. Show up messy. Cry during plank. Let your brain go blank and just follow the cues. Your job is to get here. We’ll do the rest.
