LEVEL 1
Heated Stretch
This morning recovery class is the closest thing to Yoga we offer at our studio. Expect deep, long holds and tactile feedback. Plus, we keep the room nice and warm to help your muscles relax into the stretch.

Form & Core
Our bread & butter STUDIO class, this gentle spin on classic mat pilates focuses on abs, with special attention to your pelvic floor. You’ll learn to identify core muscle groups in your unique body and make personalized adjustments to target them.

Barre
A ballet-inspired pilates workout with light weights to tighten and tone. Using our C_Method approach, we begin class on the mat to target arms and abs, in addition to the glute and leg work we’ll do at the barre. You’ll get a different full-body workout every single time!

Triple Threat
One of our must-try Studio classes for beginners, this workout hits the big 3: arms, abs, and ass. We use super basic movements that concentrate on specific muscle groups—no coordination required.

Focus
Get a full body workout with extra attention to your form —whether it’s arms, core, legs, or glutes. We mix it up every time, but you can always expect a mind-body workout that will help you forget your to-do list for at least 45 minutes.

Cross Training
This is a low-impact, full body workout designed to peak your heart rate without any jumping around. We incorporate 10lb weights and bands for added tension, so you’ll definitely feel it in your arms tomorrow.

Interval Training
This class combines short, high-intensity bursts of cardio in between weight lifting rounds and set up in stations for something different. While the exercises are quite similar to our Cross Training class, expect WAY more cardio and a higher impact approach to peak your heart rate.

Fused Hot
This class is similar to Form & Core, but we heat the Studio to 90 degrees! We also offer other ways to progressively turn up the heat during your workout, with optional, added layers to increase the difficulty of your exercise if you want to amp it up even more.

Fusion
Be prepared to sweat! This is the most challenging class we offer, fusing strength and cardio into a choreographed flow. Because we incorporate fluid, fast-paced transitions between movements, we recommend getting comfortable with form before trying it out.

Unlike classical pilates on the Reformer, C_Method adds flexibility to structure and focuses on modification in order to customize your workout. We have 8 Reformer machines ready to rock & roll in our bright and airy front studio, with frosted windows that let in light while maintaining privacy.

LEVEL 1
We’ve adapted our favorite Barre class for the Reformer! Using the machine as a prop, you’re able to adjust the intensity of each exercise to your personal preference, customizing your workout to meet your specific needs and goals.
Jump
LEVEL 1-3
Need more cardio? Using the reformer equipment’s spring tension, we’re able to turn up the resistance while remaining low-impact. This style of movement will complement your STUDIO classes and train your body on how to get more out of your workout.
Heated Reformer
LEVEL 2
The same C_Method class you love, but even hotter. Full body, wide range of movements, let’s get HOT!
Sculpt
LEVEL 3
We like to think of this class as an opportunity to challenge yourself. The focus is on posture, alignment, and balance, as we flow through a classical pilates sequence. Previous Reformer experience is recommended before taking this class.
