Whether you’re joining us from across the country, or you’re already a C_Wickson Studios member looking for a workout while away from home, we have a rotating library of 45 life-proof videos prepped and ready, so you can feel the burn from anywhere. 

HOW TO USE THIS SPACE

We recommend working out for 45 minutes at least 3x per week, and with new videos added quarterly, there are plenty of ways to mix it up! For best results, aim for 2 Full Body workouts each week, adding 1 Target Area workout where desired.
