At C_Wickson, we believe motherhood deserves space, support, and strength. Our studio is built by a team of moms who understand that pregnancy, postpartum, and life with kids all come with changing needs, energy levels, and priorities. We’ve created a space where you can feel welcomed, understood, and supported no matter what stage you’re in.
All of our class formats are taught with intention, presence, and care. Our instructors are hands on, attentive, and mindful of the realities of motherhood. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, years into parenting, or simply looking for a studio that understands real life, you’ll find classes that meet you where you are.
We offer mom focused options like Mommy and Me Reformer and Tower for non crawlers and Mom and Me classes for children under five, alongside our full schedule of Reformer, Tower, Mat, Barre, and recovery offerings. Every class can be adapted to support pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and ongoing strength, so you never feel limited to one path or phase.
More than anything, C_Wickson is a community. It’s a place where showing up matters more than perfection, where kids are part of the conversation, and where moms support moms. Movement here isn’t about bouncing back or doing more. It’s about building strength, consistency, and confidence in a way that supports your life, not competes with it.

Self care is most important on the hardest days, so come to class anyway. Show up messy. Cry during plank. Let your brain go blank and just follow the cues. Your job is to get here. We’ll do the rest.

Mommy & Me Reformer / Tower
Move with intention on the Reformer and Tower while keeping your baby close by. This class is designed for non crawlers and offers a supportive, relaxed space where you can rebuild strength, take a breath, and move at your own pace with your baby right beside you.

A special Mom & Me experience focused on connection and movement for both you and your little ones. In partnership with The Playdate Project, this in-studio event features our signature Mom & Me class. An energizing mat based pilates class followed by special treats, cold brew for moms, and open play time for the kids.

Virtual Prenatal Prep, Right Where You Are
Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, not because you’re unprepared, but because there’s so much information and not enough personal support.
CW | For Mama are 90 minute virtual prenatal prep sessions designed to help you feel calm, confident, and more grounded before baby arrives, without committing to ongoing doula care. These sessions are about practical preparation, emotional reassurance, and supporting your body through pregnancy and into postpartum.
Led by Cally, a labor and postpartum doula, mom of three, and C_Wickson Studios owner for going on ten years, this session blends real life experience with a deep understanding of the body. You’ll receive guidance that supports comfort, mobility, and confidence during pregnancy, with tools that carry into your fourth trimester.

Postpartum preparation including support, expectations, and boundaries
Partner preparation and communication

How It Fits Alongside Our Studio Offerings
CW | For Mama is designed to support you during pregnancy. Sessions can be used on their own or alongside our in studio offerings. Whether you are actively attending classes, taking a step back from movement, or somewhere in between, this program adds an extra layer of support focused on preparation, reassurance, and care.
Many moms use CW | For Mama as a starting point, a way to feel grounded and supported during pregnancy before transitioning into other forms of movement or programming. Others choose to layer it alongside in studio classes, using virtual sessions to complement physical movement with practical guidance and emotional support.
This program also pairs seamlessly with our Virtual Postpartum Recovery Program, offering continuity from pregnancy into the fourth trimester. While CW | For Mama often serves as a phase one, it is not a fixed path. You can move through these offerings in the way that best supports your body, your pregnancy, and your life.
Our goal is not to move you through a system, but to support you across seasons, in whatever combination feels right.
Movement Support for Your Fourth Trimester
with Cally
Our virtual Postpartum Recovery Program is a 4 week program designed to support you as you rebuild strength after birth. It includes 16 thoughtfully created videos and is led by Cally, who is healing right alongside you.
Created in 2022 after the birth of her first daughter, this program was developed in collaboration with a Pelvic Floor Therapist to support mindful, effective movement. The focus is on reconnecting to your core, supporting pelvic floor health, and addressing diastasis recti in a way that feels safe, intentional, and sustainable.
This program meets you where you are. You can move on your own schedule, at your own pace, with guidance that understands postpartum recovery is not one size fits all.
