We’ve found that the best results come when we’re working out at least 3x each week—but we know how hard it is for new moms to make it out to the C_Wickson Studio more than twice a week. SO, we built an extra-special space just for you! ❤️


Since our Reformer sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we recommend practicing your virtual class over the weekend to give your body time to rest between workouts. We’ll check in on Tuesday to see how you did!
