Advance through the videos at your own pace, while bringing mindful awareness to your diet and your progress from week to week. We can’t wait to see you grow! 

If you miss a video, don’t sweat it—and definitely DON’T STOP! Life happens even to the best of us, and it’s okay to add any missed videos to the following week.
