Our 30 Day Postpartum Program includes 4 gentle workout flows, every week for 4 weeks, and was filmed through my personal recovery after the birth of my first daughter Navy in 2022. This process was SO real for me as I spent time exploring my new body with the help of a Pelvic Floor Therapist, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you.

EVERY PREGNANCY IS DIFFERENT—SO IS RECOVERY.

Remember to take this process slow & listen to YOUR body! If at any point something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t right for you, and THAT’S OKAY. You can stop at any time, so DON’T try push through discomfort. Ease up, and come back to the movements when your body has had more time to heal.
