Cally takes pride in the team she has built and trained. Her girls take instructing to the next level and offer something unique in each class they teach. Between the community she has created, to the studio family it has become, you'll feel right at home in her presence and as a member at C_WS.
Cally Wickson grew up in New England and is the youngest of three siblings.
She started dancing at the young age of three, and started teaching dance at age fourteen. Cally began studying down in Boston, right out of high school, and decided to take a pass on a college degree. After falling in love with the pilates industry, Cally began taking barre classes and wanted to bring her own knowledge and experience to this new style of exercise. She amped up her anatomy training, took courses up and down the East Coast, and started to write her own method. As she carried on instructing at multiple studios, she began to create a passion for helping women, especially expecting mothers. Cally continued her education, taught 20+ classes per week, and decided to go through Labor and Postpartum Doula training. During her training, Cally worked with moms before, during, and after pregnancy. She geared more of her method towards the pelvic floor rehabilitation and created the most beneficial exercises for all ages, injuries, and expecting mothers. After many years of teaching and creating her method on the side, she was ready to trademark the C_Method®. The results and knowledge she gained throughout her process of writing and creating her method, truly comes through and illustrates her passion for this industry. This method opened doors and created a style of exercise that improved the knowledge about the human body. As it became familiar up the East Coast, her clientele started to grow with doctors, nurses, surgeons, pre and postnatal women, and injury prone clients. Cally opened her doors to C_Wickson Studios and trademarked her book in 2016. The method is truly known for preventative movements that not only change the body but prepare the body for your future. She continues to pride herself on her methodical cues, and instructs her clients about body awareness. Cally continues to record C_Method® videos, offer C_Method®Lifestyle Challenges; (results show within just 5 weeks of her program) run a successful business, and enjoy her life with her husband and their perfect pups, Louie & Mookie.
Jenna Trovato was born and raised in New England. Her passion for the dance arts started at the age of 3 when she began training as a dancer. From an early age Jenna was immersed into the world of dance while she took tap, ballet, jazz, and pointe. Her love for dance continued all through high school where she performed in numerous state and national competitions winning multiple first place titles. While in high school, Jenna began cheering as a freshman on the varsity cheer team. This new found love combined much of what she already loved from dance into an extremely competitive sport. Jenna’s love for cheer was immediate and she started coaching for Champion Cheer Center in Methuen, MA in 1998. Jenna continued her dedicated coaching career in the Competitive All-Star Cheer Industry for just over 20 years, where she led her teams to numerous National and World Titles. Throughout her college years, Jenna studied as a dance major at Montclair State University in NJ where she had the ability to take professional dance classes in New York City.
Jenna began teaching at C_Wickson Studios in 2016 under the tutelage of Cally Wickson. Over the last 4 years, Jenna has built her skills and is now a certified Master Trainer in the C_Method. Along with her master certification, she is now the director at C_Wickson Studios. Jenna specializes in stretch/recovery private lessons. However, don’t be fooled, because you will definitely need some recovery after taking one of her Circuit Classes! Jenna now resides in Pelham with her two young children and her husband.
Kate's love for health, wellness, and fitness has evolved throughout her life. The connection between mind and body has truly guided her onto the path of becoming a fitness instructor and helping others with their fitness journey. It is with each class she hopes to take you away from your daily stresses and into the moment where you can focus on yourself. Kate began her teaching career in 2016 in both barre and Pilates reformer. After taking a short break to grow a family of her own she welcomed a happy baby boy by cesarean April of 2019. It was right then and there she knew her fitness journey was about to completely change. The abdominal exercises she grew to know and love quickly became overwhelmingly challenging. By focusing on rebuilding her own core after pregnancy and c-section she is able to better understand and support other mothers. With each class Kate hopes to inspire you to love the body you are in and appreciate all your strengths, mind, body, and spirit.

Originally from Philadelphia, Allison moved to New Hampshire with her family in 2012. As a mom of 2 young boys she found Barre classes a great way to not only workout but destress and meet new people. That love grew so deep she became a certified Barre instructor in 2015. In 2016 she took that passion a step further and began training as a Pilates Instructor. While working for her highly-esteemed mentor in Boston, Allison became experienced with clients of all ages and abilities. Comprehensively certified through Balanced Body Pilates, Allison’s favorite apparatus is the Pilates Reformer because it is suited for every BODY. Specializing in private training, she focuses on mind-body awareness. Adding to her training, Al wrapped up her C_Method® Barre training with Cally Wickson and is excited to start teaching at C_Wickson Studios in 2020. She continues to further her education by completing workshops on Pre/Post-Natal Pilates, Spinal Mobility, Advanced Classical Repertoire and more.
